It is with great excitement that we announce the return of the highly anticipated Wallet Holder Offering (WHO) in partnership with Cellula, a fully on-chain AI game.

The WHO will start from June 4, 2024 8AM UTC – June 25, 2024 8AM UTC for the first 70,000 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, and provide exclusive rewards which will be convertible into $CELL, the core asset of the Cellula programmable incentive layer upon the TGE (Token Generation Event) date. (Note that while the event is visible in the QuestHub section as of June 3 8AM UTC, users can only start participating on June 4, 2024 8AM UTC at the official campaign start date)

Results will be announced on the SafePal blog on June 28th, and the amount of shares and CELL tokens allocation will be displayed within the SafePal QuestHub section under the Cellula tab. If the 70,000 slots of participants are filled completely, the results will be announced 3 days after the campaign ends.

The CELL tokens can be claimed by qualified participants’ BNB Chain addresses after the token is listed on Cellula official website. Cellula is aiming to hold the Token Generation Event (TGE) in Q3 of 2024 (no later than Q4). Please refer to the latest announcements on the official Cellula channel for the finalized TGE and listing timings.

What is SafePal WHO

SafePal WHO is short for SafePal Wallet Holder Offerings, a pre-TGE project airdrop program in the SafePal App (SafePal App—>DAppstore—>QuestHub—>WHO). It is designed to reward SafePal users by providing access to the airdrop tokens from SafePal ecological partners in a secure, decentralized and user-friendly way. What is Cellula 

Cellula is a fully on-chain AI game backed by Binance Labs and OKX ventures, offering users the ability to create, compose and evolve their digital life. Its unique Virtual Proof of Work (vPOW) asset distribution method provides a programmable incentive layer for games within the Cellula ecosystem.

Cellula encompassing gamified virtual bitcoin mining. Users can create “BitLife,” a unique digital life, from “BitCell” digital cells on the “Crafting table.” Each combination is one-of-a-kind and evolves on-chain, offering unlimited possibilities for the digital life ecosystem.

Cellula launched its mainnet on April 15th, with over 120k BitLifes minted till date with 1875 BNB generated from charging fees.

What is $CELL

$CELL tokens are the core asset of the Cellula programmable incentive layer, using a vPoW mining mechanism. The tokenomics will be published in the whitepaper. Cellula is aiming to hold the Token Generation Event (TGE) in Q3 of 2024, but no later than Q4. Please follow the latest announcements on the official Cellula channel for the finalilzed TGE timing.

Before the TGE, $CELL Tokens can be obtained in three ways:

• Energy point mining – can be generated through charging BitLife ( in the game, 101,962.08 energy points will be generated every 5 minutes, which will be distributed to each user based on the current computing power share of BitLife holders.)
• Life point mining – can be obtained through completing quests & inviting friends. (share 0.5% of the $CELL Tokens)
• Airdrop activities – Airdrop activities will be held in collaboration with different partners, with different rules. The amount of $CELL Tokens for each airdrop activity can be checked via the Cellula official website, and will be directly claimable at the TGE.

The utility of $CELL Token will also be introduced in different stages of Cellula, including but not limited to the following functions:

• Minting BitLife
• Charging BitLife
• Participating in Cellula ecosystem projects
• Staking for dividends/mining

What is BitLife, How to Charge it and Collect Energy

Each player can mint 1 BitLife NFT FREE by joining SafePal WHO. Players can also buy BitLife NFTs in the popular BitLife shop,  Mint BitLife at the page here , and charge BitLife to earn more Energy points.

After successfully acquiring BitLife, Players can choose to charge it for a period of 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days, with each option costing $1, $3, or $7, respectively. Please avoid recharging repeatedly, as each recharge will reset BitLife’s charging progress.

For the entire period of the WHO campaign, it will only cost WHO participants 0.0017 BNB≈1 USD to charge their BitLife for 1 day to complete the main task.

After charging, BitLife will generate energy every five minutes. Please make sure you collect the energy points produced by your BitLife.The Energy points you collected can convert to $CELL tokens upon TGE.

What are the Rewards

Reward 1: 70,000 BitLife NFTs for FREE

The first 70,000 users are available to claim FREE BitLife on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reward 2:  Up to 2,400,000 (2.4 Million) $CELL Tokens Airdrops

The prize pool will scale with more participants up to a maximum of 2.4 million CELL tokens (see the scaling below). Users can unlock shares of the reward pool by completing different tasks. The amount of token each share represents depends on the total number of shares all participants complete during the campaign (see ‘Rewards Calculation & Distribution’ at the later section of this article).

1. Total participants reach 10,000: Prize pool at 310,000 CELL TOKEN.
2. Total participants reach 20,000: Prize pool at 630,000 CELL TOKEN.
3. Total participants reach 30,000: Prize pool at 960,000 CELL TOKEN.
4. Total participants reach 40,000: Prize pool at 1.3 million CELL TOKEN.
5. Total participants reach 50,000: Prize pool at 1.65 million CELL TOKEN.
6. Total participants reach 60,000: Prize pool at 2.01 million CELL TOKEN.
7. Total participants reach 70,000: Maximum prize pool unlocked at 2.4 million CELL TOKEN.

Who are Eligible for the Cellula WHO

All users are welcome to participate in the event. Please download the SafePal wallet and visit the QuestHub DApp/section under the Cellulla tab to join the event. If you are already a Cellula user, you can also participate in this event to receive additional $CELL airdrop rewards.

Before You Start

1. Get your SafePal wallet ready

Ensure you have downloaded and set up the latest version of the SafePal App, and access the QuestHub section to join the WHO campaign. Here are some useful tutorials for the wallet setup process:

• Download latest version of SafePal App
• Setup and create a SafePal Software Wallet
• Recover a wallet in the SafePal App via mnemonic phrase

2. Make sure you have BNB in your wallet

As Cellula is a fully on-chain AI game built on BNB chain, all the on-chain tasks will consume BNB as the gas fee. Please make sure you have sufficient BNB for gas fee to participate in this campaign. Or you can also swap for some through the SafePal Swap. 3. Navigate to the campaign page

In the SafePal App, click the “DApps” tab and click on the QuestHub DApp in the Hot column, or directly click the WHO banner to enter the QuestHub. Then click the Cellula WHO page to enter the campaign page.
